Brick Street Cafe is a unique blend of great food, eclectic atmosphere, and Southern charm located in a century-old brick leather factory. Let Sara and her staff feed and entertain you.
I eat their chicken salad at least once a week, and I think it's some of the best in town...the love muffins with cream cheese are also very yummy...Dessert lovers will also be impressed with their cakes.
This is a place worth going to for the eclectic atmosphere and decor, if nothing else. Even with a large parking lot, it can be hard to find a spot, and I'm a little uneasy with the seating policy, especially for people coming here for the first time. I think maybe my expectations were too high, because I had heard other people raving about the place. It's always crowded, so maybe it's just me.
Best Shrimp and Salmon wrap ever! The Tomato Dill soup is ALWAYS fantastic. Great location, easy parking, wonderful atmosphere - perfect for any occasion. Thank you Sara!
This place has great food. The service is a hit or miss. The "Love Muffin" isn't something you should pass up on.
If you like Veggie burgers or have ever been scared to try one this is the place to eat one! I am not a vegetarian but this is what I always have for lunch and I love their pasta salad as well!
I am sorry, but when I called to get directions the person who answered the phone was discourteous. Once I found it, it wasn't what I expected at all, particularly the seating. I couldn't find a parking space. Service was average, but the food overall was okay. Maybe I just had a bad experience but I will not be returning to this place.
I have been here a couple of times. I have never been disappointed but don't plan on getting a big juicy cheeseburger and fries...The crab cake sandwich was very yummy...loved the sauce...but ordered the pasta and it was covered in garlic. So, I probably would not order it for lunch unless you plan on not talking to anyone the rest of the day. I was praying it was grated cheese on the pasta when I got it...and took one bite and regretted it the rest of the day. We split the Chocolate Cake for dessert, now that was heaven...in one bite...pure sugar and straight to the hips :) You could probably split one piece with 5 people. I will go there again...but order the chips :)
The Ultimate Grilled Cheese will make you not want to ever eat a normal grilled cheese ever again! The atmosphere is very fun and interesting and it's a great place to have large parties eat together... but call ahead first! The only downfall we've found, on a normal lunch date, is parking and seating. I guess everyone in Gville is on to how great they are so it's often hard to find parking - as well as empty tables. But we will keep trying!
Ultimate grilled cheese, brie plate, tomato dill soup and a hot fudgety, or sweet potato pie... WOW- you do not leave this place hungry and a great place for showers, luncheons too.
You'll think you've just walked into a birthday party. It's always a delight to dine here. The decor is only rivaled by the terrific food. Taste a love muffin and you'll know exactly how it got its name.
My favorite lunch: tomato dill soup, grilled cheese and a love muffin!
