Small town friendly bar

Posted By se2kcelica from Taylors

I have eaten at this restaurant only once. The food was pretty good- enough to share. But overall, I only visit during later bar hours. It is more of a bar/hangout. Granted they do serve food, but I am sure their alcohol sales surpass the food sales. Good place to join a few friends and listen to some good music. They also have live bands-depending on the band, you may want to get there a bit early.

"if you have to ask if they are open"...

Posted By Rob A from anderson

I was really excited to try this restaurant (lots of radio hype). No one was available to greet us when we walked in, I thought they weren't open yet. Someone finally greeted us, the manager I guess. "You can go upstairs if you want" was her response to us. Our waiter was ok, only answered questions, never asked questions or made suggestions, he was somewhat attentive. We spent $100 for 4 adults and one child. We were the only table, but there were 20 servers walking around, 2 changing the chalkboard and discussing their previous evening while using swear words (hello! 7 year old present). The manager never asked us how everything was (we were the only table for the first hour we were there). The bottom line, go have a beer and an appetizer, but don't get your hopes up:(
