Great new experience!
This ended up being an overall great dining experience for our entire family. But be warned, if you don't venture out in tasting new foods, you might not like it too much. We loved being able to go and have a little of the "salad bar" - which isn't at all like a typical salad bar. Then when we were ready for the "meaty" part of the meal, all we did was flip our card. And variety arrived at the table. It's a great way to try new meats without having to order an entire main course. Our 4 year old loved helping serve his meal and tasting the different items that were brought to the table. Very fun and GOOD! The only negative... we feel you pay more for the experience, than the amount of food you eat. We will venture back though!
Meat eater haven
Food was great. Rio was a happen-stance stop. We consider it a lucky stop. If you love meat this is the place to go. BUT go only if you have not eaten lunch. The amount you can eat or 'not' eat is how this type restaurant makes a mark. They handled family arrangements well, but it did appear they called ahead. Staff was very nice and enjoyed telling you how to use your 'disc.'
Really great experience
The food and atmosphere was great. We really enjoyed a different cultural experience with respect to the food.
Unique and fun!
This was a really unique dining experience. It was fun to try the different items and not be tied to one meal. If you really liked one item, you could easily get more the next time the server came around. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and we enjoyed the overall experience.
